- 1 cup Bananas frozen
- 1 cup Mangos frozen, cut into chunks
- half cup of Avocado cut into chunks
- 1/2 teaspoon Blue or Green Spirulina powder
3/4 cup almond milk unsweetened
Blend all the above in the high-speed blender.
Here are the list of toppings. You can add or remove the ingredients as per availability and taste.
Almonds, Granola, Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, Coconut, Hemp seeds, and a drizzle of honey if desired.
